SLC Update 12: Family Ticket Sales to attend SLC Awards

There are options for the families of FBLA members to purchase tickets to attend the Pennsylvania FBLA State Leadership Conference.

FBLA’s move to the Giant Center has presented the opportunity to permit family members and guests the option of purchasing low-cost tickets to attend and participate in what are Pennsylvania FBLA’s two biggest nights of the year: the Opening General Session and the Awards of Excellence Program!

>> Order tickets for family members

Family ticket sales end on Saturday, March 29, at 11:59pm. Tickets will not be sold after Saturday and they will not be available for purchase at the Pennsylvania FBLA State Leadership Conference in Hershey. Family members may order the tickets directly from Pennsylvania FBLA. There will be a special section in the arena reserved for family and guests. You will not be seated with the LCTI FBLA chapter.

Once an order is received, an invoice from Pennsylvania FBLA will be emailed to the family member that placed the order for payment. The invoice will be addressed to the FBLA chapter; the FBLA chapter adviser will be copied; but there will be instructions on the invoice regarding who made the order and who is paying the invoice. Giant Center Information

All Opening General Session and/or State Leadership Conference Awards of Excellence Program attendees will all enter through the same main doors at the Giant Center. All participants, including FBLA members, advisers, family, and guests, will experience the same security screening procedures entering the facility as they would if they purchased tickets for any other event at the Giant Center. Be prepared, and stop and think about what you are carrying into the Giant Center that could cause you problems as you go through the security screening process.

Ticket Privileges

The purchase of the ticket does not provide entrance to any other Pennsylvania FBLA event other than the Opening General Session and/or Awards of Excellence Program.

FBLA members and advisers who have paid the State Leadership Conference registration fee do not need to order and purchase tickets. Tickets are already allocated to the chapter as part of the registration fee.
