FBLA members that wish to participate in the Pennsylvania FBLA State Leadership Conference must compete in FBLA competitive event programming at the Pennsylvania FBLA Regional Leadership Conference.
FBLA members will receive their invitation to the Pennsylvania FBLA State Leadership Conference during the Regional Leadership Conference award ceremony. The number of students and their award position that advance is determined at the beginning of every year by Pennsylvania FBLA.
In addition to those students that receive an invitation, LCTI FBLA is eligible to bring members-at-large. A member-at-large is an FBLA member that applies for particiption after they did not qualify to participate in the Pennsylvania FBLA State Leadership Conference.
In order to be considered as a Pennsylvania FBLA State Leadership Conference member-at-large applicant, you MUST:
- Be a member in good standing with the LCTI FBLA, including payment of your annual FBLA membership dues on or before the November 1 deadline.
- Have competed in an FBLA regional or state only competitive event event during the current academic year
- Have attended in-person the Pennsylvania FBLA Regional Leadership Conference
- Have NOT qualified or received an invitation to the Pennsylvania FBLA State Leadership Conference
- Be an active member of the LCTI FBLA organization participating in one or more of the following:
- Executive Leadership Council
- Champion Chapter
- Fundraising
- participated in the Pennsylvania FBLA State Leadership Workshop at Kalahari Conventions and Resorts
