In order to begin FBLA fundraising, all LCTI FBLA members must complete a LCTI CTSO Fundraising Permission Form. The form must be completed with your information and that of a parent or guardian. Your parent or guardian must sign the CTSO Fundraising Permission Form to accept responsibility for the fundraising product that is consigned to you, but still owned by LCTI FBLA. By signing the CTSO Fundraising Permission Form, you and your family are agreeing that you are responsible for the fundraising product and all monies paid until your invoice is paid.
