SLC Update 20: Objective Testing Procedures

FBLA members MUST bring their own device on which they will be completing objective testing. It must be fully charged. Windows and Macintosh laptops, Chromebooks, Android tablets, iPads – all are compatible with the Blue Panda testing system, which is the same testing platform used at the region conferences. Phones are NOT compatible.
Tests on your computer should be conducted to ensure:
- That the device can connect to offsite Wi-Fi. The name of the Hershey Lodge Wi-Fi will be Hershey Meeting, which will have open, unrestricted access for the testing.
- The Blue Panda testing URL will be: https://bpet.gobluepanda.com
- In Hershey, the student will receive a passcode sheet, which will contain the test event code, username, and passcode (this is equal to the format used at the region conferences).
ALL students taking the test on site in Hershey MUST comply with the approved Pennsylvania FBLA State Leadership Conference Dress Code.
If the student is not in compliance with the dress code, he or she will have the option to leave the testing room and do whatever is necessary to come into compliance, OR the student may incur a 5-point penalty deduction from his or her test score.
If the dress code violation is an egregious violation of the dress code, the student will not be permitted to test until he or she is in compliance with the dress code. A 5-point deduction will not be an option for egregious dress code violations.
Students MUST bring a picture ID to be presented at check-in to receive their testing passcode. Your LCTI ID card, driver’s license, or passport is considered a picture ID.
Students MUST be wearing their Pennsylvania FBLA State Leadership Conference name badge at the time they check in to take the test.
