Effective leaders will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Provide an environment where all members will grow professionally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include all members in a dynamic program of work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement a strong publicity program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The historian shall:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">assist Executive Leadership Council in the promotion and development of LCTI FBLA in the organization that entrusted the responsibility of their honor upon their leadership ability;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">attend and participate in the weekly LCTI FBLA Executive Leadership Council meeting;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prepare and post at least three topical news events from LCTI FBLA weekly on various social media platforms;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prepare news release or articles for the local chapter of all FBLA activities within one week of the activity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>submit articles to the national publications, such as the Pennsylvania FBLA Penn Pal newsletter, and the FBLA Tomorrow\u2019s Business Leader;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maintain history of the chapter, including an annual summary video of the business of the LCTI FBLA chapter and other reports;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The duties of the LCTI FBLA executive leadership council: Office of the SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (HISTORIAN) Well-qualified and dependable officers are crucial to the growth of any FBLA chapter.
