Ensure that your summary answers each of the following questions: What changes will you bring to LCTI FBLA? How will you aim to ensure that LCTI FBLA makes a difference in the lives of its members? How will you work to improvement member engagement? How will you work to increase LCTI FBLA membership? Through my experience as FBLA Cafe Manager, I have developed responsibility, teamwork, and decision making skills that I can bring to the council. I want to help improve member engagement by encouraging participation and supporting events that benefit all members.
