{"id":1218,"date":"2021-09-16T13:17:23","date_gmt":"2021-09-16T18:17:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lctiweb.com\/lctifbla\/?page_id=1218"},"modified":"2024-09-24T15:46:06","modified_gmt":"2024-09-24T19:46:06","slug":"competition-list","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/lctiweb.com\/lctifbla\/competition-list\/","title":{"rendered":"Competition List"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lctiweb.com\/lctifbla\/production-tests-4\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"6767\"><strong>Chapter Events<\/strong><\/a><br>A chapter project that a team of competitors present at the Pennsylvania State Leadership Conference and may be invited to the FBLA National Leadership Conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lctiweb.com\/lctifbla\/objective-tests\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"5152\"><strong>Objective Tests<\/strong><\/a><br>An online, objective test administred at the conference focusing on business knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lctiweb.com\/lctifbla\/presentation-events\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"5175\"><strong>Presentation Events<\/strong><\/a><br>The presentation of a project, speech, or interview in front of judges.  Competitiors may be allowed to use technology, equipment, and\/or visual aids as part of the presentation.  Check the specific guidelines for each event to determine what is allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lctiweb.com\/lctifbla\/production-tests\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"5177\"><strong>Production Events<\/strong><\/a><br>A production event consists of two parts: a production test and an objective test administered on-site at the conferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lctiweb.com\/lctifbla\/role-play-events\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"5176\"><strong>Role Play Events<\/strong><\/a><br>Typically, an objective test administered during the conference.  For team events, competitors will test individaully and the competitors scores will be averaged to determine the team score.  The top 15 scoring individuals will advance to the final round of competitions, consisting of an extemporaneous response to a prompt.
