09: Kalahari has gone “cashless”

The Kalahari Resort is 100% “cashless.”

Kalahari accepts credit and mobile payments (Apple Pay and Google Pay) as well as room charges through your RFID wristband, but you must have a credit card on file to make charges to your room. FBLA members may not take advantage of the room charges.

Kalahari has kiosks throughout the resort to exchange your cash onto a Mastercard that can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

However…

Pennsylvania FBLA will accept cash for the following Pennsylvania FBLA State Leadership Workshop functions:

  1. Basket Auction ticket purchases
  2. Rubber Ducky Derby purchases
  3. Red Cross Relays
  4. Other donations for Red Cross disaster relief

Pennsylvania will also accept payments through Venmo. There will be a QR code available where tickets are being sold for Pennsylvania FBLA special events.
