How will you work to improvement member engagement? How will you work to increase LCTI FBLA membership? How can you improve fundraising events and member participation?

As an officer, I plan to strengthen LCTI FBLA by expanding membership through a more stable outreach system within our school. I’ll directly communicate with all the other labs to present and promote FBLA, using a new recruitment approach that highlights the real benefits of being involved. I also plan to make FBLA a more enjoyable and meaningful CTSO by increasing community involvement through a volunteer program that connects members with local service opportunities. To further boost engagement and teamwork, I want to enhance our fundraising efforts by organizing interactive events such as FBLA car washes or participating in city events where we can sell drinks and snacks. These activities will not only raise funds but also help us become more visible and involved in what’s happening around the Lehigh Valley. Through these efforts, I hope to make FBLA not only a place to learn leadership and business skills but also a community where members feel valued, active, and inspired to contribute.
