As the current secretary, if re-elected I hope to bring change to the chapter in collaboration with the members of the chapter and ELC, as well as continue to fulfill my duties. Some changes I would like to bring or develop on are the inclusion of non-ELC members in the decisions being made for the chapter, as the changes made will affect them as much as it affects the people voting on them. In the ELC meetings, I will share any info I collect from students to attempt to bring change that benefits and includes all people. Additionally, I will attempt to increase membership by helping the marketing manager with anything they need help with related to the creation of material(s) with the purpose of recruiting new members.
