- I will do everything in my power to ensure the growth and prosperity of FBLA.
- Lastly, I will give this position my all despite the challenges ahead.
Briefly explain to your fellow members how you will fulfill the responsibilities of the office for which you have decided to run. Ensure that your summary answers each of the following questions: What changes will you bring to LCTI FBLA? How will you aim to ensure that LCTI FBLA makes a difference in the lives of its members? How will you work to improvement member engagement? How will you work to increase LCTI FBLA membership? How can you improve fundraising events and member participation?
FBLA is an organization on the global scale with themes meant to apply to all the members as a whole. This has always been a great tradition, but I would like to aid in developing methods to make members of LCTI FBLA feel a more personal connection to the organization. I believe that this would help increase membership and help existing members feel more welcomed. Next, our Executive Leadership Council(ELC) may decide on ideas for events, but I would like to aim for members to feel more included by allowing them to vote in polls for things like events or certain activities in the future. This would entice more members to attend these events since they would have voted for them by majority. It would also help the ELC get a gauge on what members truly want from our organization. Lastly, I will aim to reach out to even more possible members to help them see the great opportunity in FBLA.
