Web Design / Programming "WELCOME" folder does not permit me to move to the next section. How may I move on?

When Schoology copies this particular folder, by default it sets this content unavailable to students.  Schoology also defaults the setting that all of the questions "must be answered".

Unfortunately, since this content is only used once a school year, the nuances of Schoology are often forgotten between school years.

Please submit a Web Design / Programming HELP! ticket and your progress will be marked complete so that you may move on with your completion of this folder.
